Once your returned order has been received, inspected and processed we will refund you via the same method you paid for your order. It can take between 15-20 from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

We recommend using a shipping service that can be tracked to send your order back to us.  If shipping an item over £70.00 we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. In the rare event that your return is lost in transit, we would be unable to refund items that are not received.

Your refund will be returned to you via the same method you used to pay for your order.  Once your refund is processed the refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

COVID-19: Due to the global situation with COVID-19, we are currently unable to provide an express shipping service. We hope to have our express delivery service back up and running as soon as possible.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws,all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Ultamodan. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Ultamodan is a London based company with fulfillment centres in the United Kingdom and China. The majority of our stock is held in China, but we provide easy local free returns for all customers.
